I. Orders & Payments

Simply select your size, add the item to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

No, you may check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, manage returns, and save your preferences for future purchases.
We accept all major debit and credit cards, UPI, net banking, and select wallet options.
Yes, COD is available within India. A ₹150 service fee applies to all COD orders.
Yes, cancellations are allowed until the order has been shipped. Once dispatched, the order can no longer be cancelled, but you may initiate a return after delivery as per our return policy.
II. Shipping & Delivery
We currently do not offer international shipping. We shall open up that service soon.
Most orders are dispatched within 7–10 working days (excluding shipping time).
- India: Delivery takes an additional 2–7 working days, depending on location.

You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.
III. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We offer a 5-day free return and exchange window from the date of delivery. The garment must be in its original condition, with the security ribbon intact.
Please be gentle while trying on the pieces.
Exchanges are subject to the availability of size or color. For unavailable sizes, feel free to contact us and we’ll let you know if restocks are planned.
If you prefer, you may also self-ship the garment to our address H-128, Sector 63, 2nd floor Noida ( UP ) - 201301, after notifying us at info@edition-two.com with your request.
Returned garments undergo a quality inspection once received. Refunds are processed only if the piece is unworn, unaltered, and includes the security ribbon intact.
- For prepaid orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method .
- For COD orders: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Please share your bank account details with us via email when initiating your return.
- Timelines: The quality check and refund initiation process takes 5–7 working days from the time we receive your returned item. For COD refunds, initiation may take up to 15 working days, after which the amount will be credited as per standard bank processing timelines.
Each edition II piece includes a discreet security ribbon, allowing you to try on the garment while keeping it eligible for return or exchange.
Once you're sure of keeping the piece, you may gently cut the ribbon — keeping the scissors away from the garment.
Once removed, the garment is considered final sale.
IV. Sizing & Fit

If you're between sizes or unsure, feel free to reach out — our team will be happy to assist you.
No, we do not currently offer customisation or alteration.
If there’s a sizing issue, you're welcome to request an exchange within 5 days, subject to availability.
V. Garment Care
Our garments are delicate and require care. We recommend light hand wash in cold water with mild soap. For minor marks, spot cleaning is ideal. Please avoid wringing or machine wash, and dry flat in shade. Remove any jewellery while trying on. A detailed care card is included with every order.
VI. Collection & Product Details
Our pieces are created with versatility in mind. Some are suited for formal settings, while others can be styled for more understated moments — depending entirely on your personal style.
Not all. Some pieces feature hand-finished or textural detailing, while others are minimal — focused on form, silhouette, or structure.
Almost all edition II pieces involve hand-finishing, surface detailing, or artisanal techniques. While not every garment is fully hand-embroidered, each one is made with care — blending traditional skill with
modern construction.
