Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Shipping may take 2-7 days based on your region.
- You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- We currently ship all over India
- We offer Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available with an additional handling fee of ₹150
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays
- While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances (such as courier delays, strikes, or natural events) may impact delivery timelines
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by customers.
International Shipping
- We currently do not offer international shipping. We shall open up that service soon.
