Refund policy

We have a 5-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The security ribbon should be intact. Each edition II piece includes a discreet security ribbon, allowing you to try on the garment while keeping it eligible for return or exchange. If removed, the garment cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Please be gentle while trying on the pieces.

You can initiate a return or exchange on the website. The delivery partner will come and pick up the garment. Returned garments undergo a quality inspection once received. Refunds are processed only if the piece is unworn, unaltered, and includes the security ribbon intact. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • For prepaid orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method .
  • For COD orders: Refunds will now be issued via bank transfer. Please share your bank account details with us via email when initiating your return.
  • Timelines: The quality check and refund initiation process takes 5–7 working days from the time we receive your returned item. For COD refunds, initiation may take up to 15 working days, after which  the amount will be credited as per standard bank processing timelines.

Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. However, exchange shall be allowed subject to availability of stock.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to the availability of size or color. For unavailable sizes, feel free to contact us and we’ll let you know if restocks are planned.

Cancellations

Cancellations are allowed until the order has been shipped. Once dispatched, the order can no longer be cancelled, but you may initiate a return after delivery as per our return policy.
